For the podcast that is due on Sunday at 6 PM, I believe I will be using Audacity software to assist me in my podcast creation. It seems fairly simple to record my voice and download the program. I have additionally signed up for the Digi Space tonight to get further input on the steps to create a podcast, as I have never done so before. Hopefully they will help me download that the Audacity software tonight so I can begin understanding how to use it. For the podcast, are we expected to make it an interview story about our literacy like The Editor did? Or should we just read our essay for literacy narrative out loud for the podcast to hear? Also where will we be uploading this podcast? To our e-portfolios?
Hi, Brianna,
Did you get help downloading the software when you went to the DigiSpace last night? How did it go?
I believe you posted before I made the Literacy Narrative Digital Project page live, so thanks for asking the questions. I can’t hyper link the text, but you can refer to the class site page to get there, in case you haven’t seen it yet.
One thing to consider: you may want to work with a digital literacy consultant when you create your project, even if you decide to download the software to your own computer. The consultants will help you to navigate if you get stuck.
Thanks for your post!
Hello Professor Gennaco,
Yes I did get help downloading the software! Now I have it on my computer so I will be able to begin working on it once I view the Literacy Narrative Digital Project page. Thank you!
